Romantic Daisy

(Motif Eight)

This "Romantic Daisy" is another modification of the Mrs. W. M. Odum's Tatted Daisy pattern.
The combination of the brown and pink creates a romantic feel.
I shuttle tatted Lizbeth size 20 in medium mocha brown, light dusty rose and white color. The pendant is attached to a lovely beaded necklace.

Celtic Red Daisy

(Motif Six)

I modified the pattern by Mrs. W. M. Odum, called Tatted Daisy. I shuttle tatted high quality mercerized cotton in variegated, solid red thread and red seed beads. This pattern is very tedious and time consuming, because of the chains.

The wire work components and shimmery glass beads add a delicate, lacy feel and beautiful color balance to tatted pendant.

I utilize a wire jig and also do free hand turning in the construction of my wire designs. The wire has tarnish protective coat.

Daisy

Daisies always remind me spring. Daisy in lace is an original design and my last creation of this spring.

This lovely tatted lace necklace features a center of the daisy that has been embellished with Japanese Toho seed beads and Czech glass seed beads.
The flower is tatted in snow white 100 % Egyptian cotton cordonnet . The leaves are tatted variegated DMC size 5 thread with peridot oval glass beads .
