Serenade

LaCY Life Elite is stunning collection of one of a kind wearable art.

I always wanted  to make a nude color but also attractive, plain, and elegant  necklace. This is it. The colors and design are matched perfectly. I used 269 light silk color genuine Swarovski crystals in this necklace. The jewelry components are silver plated. 

I combined the ecru color size 5  (DMC) thread with the brown satin embroidery thread for the circles part. Then I  realized that the thickness of the brown thread was different then the solid ecru part. Also, there were lots of tension problem. That was disappointing for a while but I didn't give up.

So I found the size 8 in ecru and I combined that with chocolate brown satin embroidery thread. Voila, the thickness was perfectly matched the ecru thread that I used in my design! 

After I got my basic supplies then I started to tat, and cut out the mistakes and undo several times .... Finally, the design was completed in two weeks.

It worth the result, huh?

Serenade is double sided necklace, both sides can be used. As seen in the picture.
